In May 2017 I signed an offer to purchase a flat and foolishly allowed the seller to appoint the attorney. I immediately obtained a copy of their statement of account and requested a 10% discount as well as the scrapping of the postage & pettys as well as the electronic banking fees. Cris was both arrogant and rude and refused to even consider a discount, demanding that I justify why I should be granted a discount even though it is common practice. This is the first time in my many property purchases that I have been refused a discount. It seems that since the firms amalgamation customer service has gone out of the window. I wish to make people aware of their service so that this firm can be avoided.
