I recently took out a policy for my cars from Myway, i was also advised that one of car needs to have a tracking devise in it. So all arrangements were made but someone from their side made a mistake. The unit was put into the wrong car. But every time i was getting sms instructing me to put a unit in my car. I tried to explain but, i was talking to so many different people as i was a new client i was about to cancell my policy. Then i came agross this lady (Yvonne)
she was so helpfull. She indeed listened to my problems and calm me down.
Eventually that problem was sorted out and i am happy. She is an assets to your Company, she derseve a rase indeed
