Since 4 January I have been unable to do anything on my internet banking that requires Approve-It authorisation via my cellphone!
I have called 11 times and I have explained the problem 22 times (each time to a consultant, and then again to a technical expert that it seems is not much of an expert after all), but still no change... Every time i try to add beneficiary or make once off payment the Mobile Authentication fails... And if ANYONE asks me again to switch off my phone's LTE and retry I will seriously lose it!
Is there anyone at Nedbank that has the authority and skillset to disable this function and rather let me do my business via OTP or SOMETHING!!!
