Living in a day and age when service, least of all exceptional service is extinct it seems, it is absolutely amazing when you are pleasantly surprised by a customer service experience. This is exactly what happened when I spoke to Thaneshree on Tuesday. She resolved my query efficiently and provided feedback within record time. I was amazed.
