I would like to compliments Verna Penn- dealing with Woolworth's insurance. I have never received such exceptional service from insurance company. She was professional, helpful, went the extra mile and she keep me updated with regards to my claim. My claim took 24 hours for it to be resolved.
I would rate her 10/10 for great actually exceptional customer service. Because of her I can't keep my mouth shut about how good Woolworth's insurance is. Thank you for good service it is really rare that you get good service in South African.
