Hand over of account after arrangment reached

To my shock and horror to receive a call and not to mention SMS to say I have been handed over to debit collectors. I made a payment as per arrangements made. I even made a payment for slightly more than what the agreed value was. Now I have been handed over!!! What gives? I get call after call and every time I have to explain, no notes as it would appear are made regarding my explanations. My one payment even after I got the SMS confirming receipt did not reflect on the system and after having to be rude was it eventually located. Check your records before you simply hand someone over as a financial institution you should fully know that payments take a few days to reflect and it would appear even be located. Your call centre services are also seriously lacking as your agents appear to all to often neglect to make a note. Due to my work commitments I am unable to run to the bank to sort things out and the convenience of a call centre in your case is not convenient at all.
