Consultants who dont do they jobs properly

I have spoken to two consultant already to make the arrangements for my personal loan cause I told the first one that I'm on maternity leave but surely before the end of this month I will try and pay cause I'm not entitled to my full salary but they keep on sending sms and that they will take further actions.
