First for waman, fails to deliver!

My car went in for repairs on the 6 Jan 2014. I was told that my car will take 8-10 working days for the whole repair by my insurance consultant. On day 15 I have only heard once from my consultant and this was only after I continuously tried to get in contact with Nkululeko
Please note that I didn't receive my car back after 8-10working days as they told me I would. After furious emails to them and not hearing back from them, i said in the email that i was disappointed by the service i got and not receiving a apology for it. They apologised for the inconvenience after I told them to apologise. Then they told me that I would be receiving my car the first week of February as they had received all the correct parts on the 13January.
Nkululeko had still been delivering a bad service so by this time I got into contact with the manager of first for woman. On day 21 the manager contacted me and told me that the wrong parts were deliverd and that i would not be receiving my car the first week of February. But in earlier emails they said that they received all the correct parts. What is true? When will I receive my car? 8-10 working days or 2months from now? First for woman?
