FAILURE TO FULFILL DUTY TO INSURE MISPLACED PHONES

I have had a terrible time with this insurane company, and would NOT advise anyone to take out their service, as you will more than likely experience the same problem as i did.my phone was misplaced at my office, so hoping it would be returned/popped up-i waited a day.i then went to mtn and a representative gave me a claim form to fill out which i did and returned speedily.at no given point, was i informed that i needed to report it and get a case number within 48 hours-i thought this was only a process to be adhered to, when a phone is .i then contacted head office to lodge this complaint, as ive never reported a misplaced phone before.neither do i have any contracts in place, which i received from them, to say what procedures are.i was then told to write a motivational letter, which i did and received no response.i then contacted head office again, and was told no we not replacing your phone, as the case was lodged late.isnt it just a natura thing one would do, when a phone is misplaced to wait to see if it pops up.they are quick o debit your account, but cannot fulfill your needs when it comes to claims.so disppointed at wasting all that money on a pathetic insurance. PLEASE AVOID!!
