REPEATED MISTAKES

I have to go through the same issues with the same bank about the same thing every month since December 2013. Nedbank loans debits my savvy account for their monthly instalment but passes through debit amounts left & right & it therefore throws my savvy account into overdrawn. The monthly debit order went through for January but was taken twice & now they are sending me smses to fix my savvy account when its their own Loans dept thats causing all the issue's on my profile.. i am really getting annoyed by all
this repeated mistakes then occurs now on a monthly bases, Incompetence really
