I TOOK OUT A LOAN WITH NEDBANK IN
JANUARY 2010. I LOGGED A QUERY ON HELLOPETER
AND THAT'S HOW I WAS CONTACTED BY
HANNES. ACCORDING TO HIM, HE WAS GOING TO
ASSIST ME AND HELP ME OUT AS THE
GUY THAT ASSISTED ME DOESN'T WORK FOR
NEDBANK. AND IT COULD BE . I'M
THE ONE SUFFERING AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT
TO DO NOW, AS I HAVE APPROACHED
NEDBANK AND STILL NOT GETTING ANY JOY. I'M
THE ONE GETTING A BAD NAME. TO
TOP IT ALL, I RECEIVED A SUMMONS, HOW IS
THAT POSSIBLE WHEN HANNES SAID THAT
HE WAS SORTING THIS OUT IN MARCH ALREADY.
THE WORST PART IS, IT WASN'T IN AN
ENVELOPE. IT WAS SLIPPED UNDER MY DOOR BY
MY LANDLORD, HE COULD HAVE WENT
THROUGH THE WHOLE DOCUMENT, WHERE IS
THE PRIVACY IN THAT. I'M HOPING THAT
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST AS I AM TIRED OF
DEALING WITH YOUR BANK. I WOULD
LIKE TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE. I AM
SORRY THAT I HAD TO REACH YOU AND
BE THIS UPSET, BUT TO RECEIVE A SUMMONS
FROM COURT ESPECIALLY AFTER I
APPROACHED YOU GUYS AND WAS TOLD THAT
IT WILL BE SORTED. I CANT BE HELD
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOOPHOLES IN YOUR
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OR THE LEVEL
OF INTEGRITY BY YOUR STAFF MEMBERS
