Still have not cancelled my card account!!

I have now called twice to ask Virgin Money to close my credit card account. THey have promised me twice that someone would call to confirm, and nothing has happened. I still had to go through all the retention questions the second time around! Very annoyed that I now have to phone a THIRD time to get it closed!
