My car wouldn't start at 2am on 01 February 2014. Ethel was able to discuss with me various options and we both decided that towing the vehicle would be the best thing as we were not sure what the problem could be. The tow truck was there within 20 min. She called to confirm if all was in order. Calvin, who was towing my car was just as helpful in a stressful situation in the rain. I was home by 3am and it turns out that I need to replace my battery. Thank you Ethel for your wonderful attitude and for all your help. I really felt like I was not alon.
