Irate Customer-Double Debits!

I am utterly disgusted at the service i've received from your company the last few months! Being a Client of yours for more than 10 years! I have a loan with you for about 4years & this being my last year, i had nothing but issues with your company to a point where i'm considerring moving to another bank and never recommending you guys to anyone! September 2013 i went to Somerset Branch & was advised that i am overpaying my loan and was advised that i will be getting back a -R2000, which i got but ever since then i've had nothing but issues with my debt orders. Every month different amounts has been deducted & as far as i know only one amount should be deducted every month as per signed agreement. This affects my every month budget and is a big concern as I'm trying to get a home loan but its affecting my record cause i'm now being told that i am in arrears which is IMPOSSIBLE! This month has come to a point where R1600 was deducted that i was unaware of and now you want another R667, how can that be? 2 debits in 1month for same account? please check your records as I've been wasting my time & going to branches for a whole week & nothing sorted. I would like a manager to please contact me!!
