Outsurance says they bend over backwards to assist customers. I disagree. I sms'd them recently - quite unwillingly I might add as I had a bad experience with them years ago- and was contacted by Jade form their call centre very quickly. I told Jade I was VERY pressed for time and would she please accept a copy of my current policy to have a look at to see if they can better the price. The answer from her and her manager was NO. Not even an ounce of flexibility was displayed. I was told they can only give me a quote if I go through a whole battery of questions which I actaully don't have time for. To top it off - Jade called back and asked when would I have time - I gave her a time and then she didn't even call? Surely some flexibility is necessary in this day and age- ALL my details were on the other policy document and if they had even been able to better it, I would have moved. Again, disappointed by Outsurance.
