I tried to call my Insurance Company Santam to add a Item to my insurance policy. I made the call at 18:15. According to the electronic answering system they are open till 19:00. After holding on for approximately 24 Minutes for someone to assist me I eventually ended the call a very frustrated client. And so 24 minutes of my airtime was gone, without any assistance.
This is really unacceptable service guys. Maybe the time has come to go somewhere else...:-(
