Organised courtesy vehicles timeously. Extended courtesy vehicle on request without any hassles. Contacted both me and my wife timeously if there were any changes in our repair status. As consumers we always complain about bad service and never compliment when excellent service is given. I will recommend Virgin Money to other insurance seekers out there for excellent service.
