Warren had the defective hinges on my Snomaster 12V/220V camp fridge replaced. It seems they had a bad batch due to the wrong polymer being used in the moulding process. I appreciate their no-nonsense approach to delivering customer oriented service. I'll gladly recommend this company to anyone.
