Although you people are short term insurers i must say that you operate in a very "sneaky" way. I have obtained my credit report and see that i have a ZERO balance with you. Why have you'll not update my account with the Trans-union? a listing is on my profile with a zero balance. Sort this out as your staff don't seem to know Individual rights when speaking to some one. Should this not be sorted out amicably i will b asking my attorney's to be in contact with you and all legal cost will be for your account. DON'T MISS-USE AND ABUSE THE SYSTEM.
For the record i have just purchased a new vehicle and i would certainly not be calling you to ask for a quote.
