Horrific service - liars

My vehicle was on 28/12/2013 and claim proceedings were initiated by me on the very same day.
The sms said that a consultant would contact me... nobody did. I ended up phoning the call centre to get the process going.

Since I had never had a car from me, I was hoping that Discovery would guide me. After identifying my recovered vehicle and sending the docs through to Discovery, something magical happened, Discovery disappeared. It took 2 weeks for my car to be collected from the impound apparently because some offices were flooded in Centurion - I believe this to be a blatant lie. I escalated the matter and we appeared to be on the road to recovery. Oh no. No no no.
So my car hire came to an end and I politely asked Discovery to extend it due to the delays caused by them. Of course the answer was no. After all, why should they take responsibility for their poor service?

What really ticks me off is when a company brushes me off because I'm just one lousy customer.
Well, this lousy customer will be closing every single account that he has with Discovery, because after all, they're just one lousy service provider.
