Ad poor service and bad customer service

I am banking with FNB for ages now and i am experiencing bad service i took a loan with them which i settled 2 MONTHS ago in december they have debited my account i went to the branch and they told me they will refund me of which they did, january same thing happen before i can even get paid they debited my money on the 25th i went to the branch and we phone loan department spoke to TIISETSOand they told me it was mistake they will rectify within 48hours on the 29th i phone them the cosultant by the name of Thato told me they meant 48 working hours, which i dont know why because i really need that money, today i phone them the consultant keep me on hold without helping me now i am willing to take this matter to ambudsman of banking of south africa as i need the money and for me FNB doesnt do me any good the same thing happened with the funeral cover which they waited until it lapse i had to start from A again i wont advice anyone to bank with this bank
