My husband had an accident with my vehicle in November 2013 and we claimed from the insurer. We went to Watloo and Mr Sibeko from Watloo gave us a document to show that according to act 93 of 96, you can drive a code 08 with a code 14 license. It is only the new codes working with the new law. When SAU asked me who else is gonna drive my car besides me, i told them my husband, never did they asked me what code is his license. Until today i have not received a copy of my policy. Today the other party from the accident phoned me and told me that the claims department did not fixed their vehicle and Riaan from the Att: department told him that this claim is closed.
