I did a payment via paygate on 29/01, which was deducted twice from my acc. After logging the query with customer service and numerous emails it's been over a week and yesterday I had to hear that I will only be able to get my money back in 5-7 working days, because that is how their system works, I was also told that they only look into their statements once a week, yeah right. I also had to do all the following up from my side and when I called, there was always a story why she couldn't take my call and the next minute she will email me with response. You shouldn't to your customer. I kept all the emails and I so wish a manager can contact me, because it feels like I have reached a dead end. I will no longer support or use Isabella Garcia.
