I have submitted my claim with you guys last year 00064662*001*003, no one has contacted me back, I phoned several times but still no proper feedback, Tumelo from claims promised to phone me back but has he not and have sent him several emails he doesn't respond, apparently my claim is with Tinstwalo and she has not even contacted me, the assessor has seen my car and there he not been any follow up, The service is very poor, I am disappointed.
