ONLINE BANKING NOT USERFRIENDLY

ABSA i've been trying all day without any success to make a transfer into my FNB account and 80% of the time i'm getting technical error. I've asked a friend to urgently transfer money online from her ABSA account into my FNB account, the ABSA slow and not very userfriendly website gives her technical errors.

Please try the FNB online banking site, you will hardly ever find any technical issues. I tried to then run into one of your ABSA branches after 3:30 thinking you would also provide us with extra service after 3:30 only to get dissapointed because you had already closed.

Luckily FNB was upstairs, still open, someone at the entrance to ask how they can help me.

Please compare yourselves to your competition, it might help you to upgrade and improve.
