For more than 5 years NSFAS has been deducting R151 every month in my salary which I have no idea what's going on. I tried so many times to call them and settle the matter, they asked me to send documents which I did. Apparently they said I had borrowed some loan from them.
One thing that I know I have never been to Cape Town or even to take a loan from them. What I told them is in 2004 I applied for an ID book which I never received and I had to use my passport. I even sent my passport copies and an affidavit to them but nobody bothered to contact me. Im so off cause I work soooo hard to support my children as I am single mum of 3, who is even a breadwinner at home.
If somebody can look at this matter and update me what's going on I will be well pleased. I can't live like this cause this is really haunting me day and night.
Please somebody rescue me now before I lose senses.
