Trying to get hold of someone regarding a claim

I lodge a claim on the 23rd of December 2013 regarding storm damage to my house. I received a SMS with a claim number, since then no one came back to be when i phone i'm kept waiting for a long time only to end up at the message desk where i left a message but no one ever phones me back. This is totally unacceptable.

Please can somebody get back to me!!!
