Why can't I get an updated statement online

I have been requesting online statements for 2013 Q1 and 2013 Q2 for the past four months to no avail. The last statement loaded is for Dec 2012!

Surely it's my right to see how my money is invested, the growth, the fees etc..

Shockingly poor service!
