Dealt with Daron on a previous claim in the past, and when i needed to lodge an insurance claim so early in the new year, i thought im going to take a chance, bypass the call center and email him directly to ask him to lodge the claim. he phoned me within minutes of receiving my email, explaining very politely that he cannot help me as he is in another department now, but will give me the details of someone as efficient as him that will help me. he then said "hang on, let me see what i can do", and long story short, within 10 minutes my claim was lodged (and approved) without him giving me any details or hanging up the phone. what a world this would be like if all ppl were like him, helping people when its not even your "job" and where he so very easily, and with full right, could've just transferred my call to the correct person in the correct department without assisting me. today you have ppl whose job it is to help you, and most of the time they dont. here you have someone helping when its not his responsibility!! well done Daron! i wish all ppl i need to deal with in my daily life could have your attitude and work ethic!! keep it up!!
