Waiting on feedback since 16 Oct 2013

On 16 Oct 2013 I sent an email after phoning twice enquiring about transactions on my ct card which should not be there as I am under debt review. ABSA, after phoning the third time, sent me a settlement letter WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR. It is 27 January, 3 months and two weeks, NO RESPONSE!!! The mail has been forwarded AGAIN this morning to [Email Removed] I expect an answer today still
