CASH TAKEN AGAIN???

I was quite impressed with the response to the first complaint, only to find out a few days later that another amount was taken out of the account. This is now unacceptable!! Please check into this for me and as soon as I get response, I will start taking my CHILDREN'S accounts over to another bank. I can't continue like this!!!
