First National Bank
Strange codes

I receive funny transaction codes from FNB.

It is very difficult to try and decipher a supplier code.
Why not just use something readable such as "Pick&Pay Hartbeespoort" instead of "@ ^*^&*(&(jndklmAKDQOEIP9EL;_Hartbeespoo"

When you introduce yourself to people, your name is not "@ djaskjda8ndklndki2_Hartbeespoo", but rather Piet Poggenpoel, Julius Malema, King Zama of neverland, etc. etc etc.

Very confusing. Please use something which I can read and make it easy to follow up. Businesses have proper names. Use it, make it easier for your clients.

Or is it the client's fault? Then please look it up in a database and display it in a proper way to your clients so that we do not have to phone the bank to try and decipher who this company really is.

Did someone money from my account? I do not know, as there is no such company described in the funny supplier codes I am receiving.
