Problems with paying a claim

Hi
I have a problem with a claim - first for woman - police number - 951000224
It it is almost a month now that I am trying to get firt for woman to pay my claim.
I lost my ring - they aproved the claim - but I am not happy with their Jewel.
I want the money to go to my own supplier because the one they want me to use is to expencive.
