I had a Wonga Loan and the debit went off on Saturday, yet it still shows as unpaid on the system, i called yesterday and asked for a paid up letter for December, and i have sent 4 emails but have not received any response. Other than that i have had only but good expierences with Wonga, always there to help out when one is in dire need, keep up the good work and the efforts.
