I contacted Standard Bank in June this year notifying them that a attorney had contacted me regarding arrangements on my loan account. I queried why I was being handed over if my account was not in arrears. I was notified by Megan Scullard that No legal action can be taken as payment are been received on a monthly basis and should continue as normal.
However I received a call again from these laywers on Friday 11/10/13 at around 6pm. The number that they called from 021 814 3100. They where questioning me from dizzy heights and insisted that I needed to supply them with my personal details. I refused but they where insisting that I had to tell them. I eventually cut the call because these people did not want to take no for an answer. I am now scared of my details being given out by my bank. Can Standard Bank please arrange that these people stop phoning me. I tried calling that number however no one answers.
