I called MiWay Client Services for assistance regarding a debit order that was not honoured. Mathapelo was friendly and was able to assist me quickly and provided clear direction on what I should do. She was very friendly which helped ease the stress I was feeling due to the fact that I thought I did not have cover for the period in which MiWay was not paid.
