Just had the worst experience ever, after getting my card this past weekend for upgrading, I am livid to find that Standard Bank has decided what my daily limit is. I tried to send money via internet banking & got a response that I have reached my monthly limit. Went to the ATM to withdraw cash, same story, I cannot access any money.
This is rather an inconvinience & has totally messed up my week, on top of evrything, I called their customer compalaints & some Paul was just useless in helping me & put the phone down on me. This is totally unaceptable, I will be considering moving my account after such an incident.
