1. Melissa was more than 30 minutes late for an appointment. She did call once already late, but we had driven 1.5 hours to get to the appointment from Underberg and we were on time.
2. We were not informed of the documents required for the meeting, they did not get the FICA documents supplied to the estate agent already and we had to go through a lengthy unnecessary process via email.
3. Emails were not responded to timeously.
4. We were billed R500 for phone calls when there was no evidence they made any, we seemed to do all the communicating, with them and between them and the transferring attorneys.
5.We would have let all of this go, but now when following up on the bond we discovered that despite us having made it clear at every single communication, and having sent our short term insurance documents to Melissa on 19 June, they were not submitted to Standard bank and we are now being billed for bank short term insurance we don't need or want.
