Every year I call my insurers to see how I can reduce the premiums. Zimkita was very helpful and bent over backwards to help get me an excellent saving on my monthly premium. I've been with Outsurance for years and they look after me very well. They acknowledge and recognise me as a loyal customer who doesn't claim very often - and I am treated accordingly. I wish more financial services companies did that.
