I have had such amazing service from Outsurance lately and it pains me to have to log this complaint, but I am getting no joy from the various agents (the last one being Nonnie) who tell me that they will send an e-mail to the service provider (floor tiling) who will contact me directly.
Well nothing happens for another few months!
Please note that everything else was repared and replaced, with the exception of our floor tiles.
If you listen to the various call recordings you will hear me tell the agents that this unacceptable delay is causing the other tiles that were not damaged to start cracking etc.
Please get someone from OUTSURANCE management take ownership and get it done!
