Hi FNB,
I called cancellation department today to cancel auth on our client's cheque card - I spoke to a lady (coloured accent), she told me there was no money pending on the card. I called my client to give her feedback from the bank and she insisted the money is still pending ---- I had to call FNB again - Luckily this time I spoke to Pearl Malaza, she confirmed the amount was still pending and I need to send through a cancellation request and the auth was called at the end of my phone call.
Pearl has been to very helpful to us and she is always friendly, patient and willing to help! Thank you Pearl --- Keep up good work!
