Thurs, 16th Jan 2014 minutes after an on-line transaction went off my account for a wrong amount of R6090.47 when it was suppose to have been R550 - I immediately realised this as an act of & contacted SB, I spoke to a Consultant Phoebe who confirmed that she had reversed the transaction and requested my card to be stopped immediately as the "merchant" now had these details and when they would attempt to bank on their side it ought to have failed.
There have been back and forth emails from me to SB and only on Wednesday I was requested to fill out a dispute doc to which there is no guarantee that I'd get my funds back upon investigation but I have not even received acknowledgement of the mail sent them with this SOD to date. This is ludicrous as I'm sure by now these perpetrators have got away with this. I don't care how but I expect a full refund from SB immediately as i was told the transaction was reversed and presented all evidence to them proving it and alerting them of this to which they have ignored. Its no wonder, SB deserved the bad branding they received this week on their credit risk insurance. They are not even prepared to assist you let alone resolve!
