My name is Sophie Mathibela, i have been banking with this bank for years and i must say the service is really, Nadeem Shaik the consultant gave me service as im writing this mail now im still holding on the line, this bank is really low class, incompetent consultants, stupr superiors why should i struggle to get service, technical problems the whole time, khanyisile from general banking cut the call saying she is not happy about the way im speaking but at the same time im frustrated, how can one be tranferred to 4 different consultants who are completely clueless and lazy, this bank is shittyh, service and please investigate this matter because im really, STANDARD BABNK IS REALLY GOING BACKWARDS
