I am so off by this people service. In December they went straight into my bank account and debited R4000 without my authorization. I didn't have much grounds because I knew I owed them, but felt they should have arranged with me first. And i decided to pay up the account and closed it. I made my last payment of R525.06 in December. Now in Jan they started calling me and accusing me of owing them. I had to make almost 40 calls negotiating my settlement letter after they picked up that i had settled my account. Their service is annoying and they can lie. Every time I call them they promise the letter would be sent within 5 min. Please South Africans be warned not to do any business with this people. They can make one's life a living.
