Having lost a family member recently we had to submit a number of death claims to different companies. Having got stuck with no progress with two household name companies in South Africa we called in at the Old Mutual Offices in Hillcrest. From our experience we were not expecting much better. However Mike took the time to sort out our problems and queries. Not only did he handle our situation with empathy and professionalism, but he offered to submit and follow up with the other two companies involved. This has taken a heavy load off our shoulders at this sensitive and emotional time. We are really thankful there are still professionals who are willing to help, even though the personal reward financially for them might be very little. We are sure they will be rewarded in other ways.
