Stements Costs 110rand???

Good day
I went to FNB Northgate to get a 3 month statement, at no point did the lady assisting me in form me that it would cost R110 .
Today in the morning i checked my account and i had R110 - ( explanation is Statement)

This is why to high for a statement, FNB please clarify as i am a disgruntled customer at the moment.
