I completed the forms online and awaited someone to get back to me "as per their response stating a consultant to return your call within 48 hours"
I have tried calling to no avail, as their phones ring continuously! I then sent x2 emails to their customer care of which i only received a generic reply!!
I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK which they have promptly debited from my account without my signature or authorization!!!
This complaint will be going to Media and the newspapers and i will ensure LOANFINDER SA pays for this unethical and horrible service!!!
