Money taken off my account without my concent

I heard about Loanfinder SA services from a friend. I then went online to obviously make use of the free loan finding service.

I called their office to confirm that adding my banking details on the online application was legit- they confirmed this as they were using a protected link of some sort.

I then completed the online application forms as requested for the service.

This morning, I have had R350 debited off my account- this to much great disbelief.
When I called their offices, they explained to me that this was for a 3 in 1 package!!!

I cannot believe this as the loan finding service was upfront and free and I had to activate the other services if I needed them!!!

They cannot just go into my account and help themselves to my money without consent or making me aware of such debits by invoice, email, post ect.

I have not activated anything, yet I'm being charged!

I am sure there are many people like me that have been taken advantage of that would like to hear of my story with regards to these services and also put forward the same.

Loanfinder must terminate whatever service that is and put back my R350 immediately!

Very angry customer.
