Dear Sirs,
I have an unresolved matter with Standard Bank for 6 months. I have been send back and forth and of 16 promised call backs have I received one. It has been over 6 months and the drama to sort out a simple matter. I have also send and complaint to Standard Bank complaints on 3 occasions. First one only received an automated mail no further response. Second one recieved and email that ask for my id or account details no response after that. 3rd one asking for a description of the problem that I had described in my complaint. This is such appauling service, where do one go next FAIS??
