Relocated to Namibia, trying to do Internet banking from SA account. Followed procedure from call centre to rectify my problem. Hundreds of rands worth of international phone calls, too many emails. Waiting for two weeks still no change..no phone call from the service provider, dealing with a different person every time. Literally, 5 different names in my inbox, of which none are available when I call. Set date to be rectified 20Jan..that day merely a email from noreply site stating still being resolved. Still no phone call. So disappointed with the level of service and i am still unable to make crucial transfers.
